Likely either Enoplognatha eitherovata or Enoplognatha latimana but not possible to tell which without closer examination. Both these species come in three forms and this is the form known as Lineata, the yellow/green type form. We have also seen the Redimita form, where the abdomen markings are red not black.
These are referred to as Combe Footed spiders as they are members of the family Theridiidae, however more specifically the genus Enoplognatha are termed Candy Striped Spiders which suits them better.
